Freight Dispatch Agreement
This Agreement is between True North Freight Dispatch ("True North") and the motor contract carrier identified on the signature page ("Carrier"). Carrier acknowledges that True North is a dispatch and document facilitation service only — not a motor carrier and not a broker — and that Carrier retains exclusive possession, control, and responsibility for its operations, drivers, equipment, and regulatory compliance.
